Short version: noise readings are never stored, and your email is used only for what you asked for.

Noise readings

The free checker processes readings to show the result and does not store them. If you buy a report, the readings and the optional location label travel with the payment record at Stripe so the report can be made after payment; DutyNode builds the PDF, emails it to you, and keeps no copy.

Email addresses

Alert sign-ups are kept in a database (Supabase) until you unsubscribe, and used only to send the alerts. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Report buyers' emails are used to deliver the report and receipt. Emails are sent through Resend.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. DutyNode never sees your card details.

Analytics

DutyNode counts anonymous events (for example, a check was run) with no personal data and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
